ingredients. The first is
couverture chocolate and the second is cocoa butter. Couverture is
chocolate that has a minimum of 32% cocoa butter, We add more cocoa butter
to the couverture because chocolate fountains require at least 38% cocoa butter.
Since you can see the cocoa butter in the package, there is never any doubt that
