The Chocolate Savant and Sephra have removable, stainless steel, dishwasher safe chocolate basins.

Sanitary Welds all Permanent Surfaces that touch chocolate

The Chocolate Savant is the only fountain that uses sanitary welds on all surfaces including the auger so no food can be caught behind the weld.  A sanitary weld is a continuous weld leaving no open spaces for food particles

Temperature Measured in Basin

The Chocolate Savant is the only fountain that measures the temperature of the chocolate inside the basin rather than below the heater.  This provides a more accurate measurement of temperature.
